Hey Edwitch, hope all is well with you this morning. Thanks for coming by and we'd be happy to help!
Before we do, we'd like to inform you that as TD Helps is considered an unsecured site, we do not have access to your account information. Additionally, for the security of your account, we may not disclose any account number via telephone or email.
There are many ways to obtain your account number information and we'd be glad to provide those options with you.
First, if you have a checking account with TD Bank and have a supply of checks, your account number is located on the bottom of your check, to the right of the routing number. Also, if you receive paper statements for your account and have any of these handy, your account number is located in the top right corner of your statement.
If you don't have any checks or statements at this time, don't worry! Another easy way to locate your account number is to log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you log in, you will be viewing the Accounts tab, which immediately lists any accounts you have and their full account numbers. Please keep in mind that if you are already banking online and use the TD Mobile App on your phone or other device, it would be necessary to log in to our full site at the link above to view your account number online.
If you don't bank online with TD Bank yet, we invite you to contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who, after account verification, would be happy to help get you set up!
Otherwise, you are welcome to visit any TD Bank store location during our convenient lobby hours to retrieve your account number. Please find a store near you at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Edwitch. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need anything else.
