We appreciate your visit this morning, Lelo. We'd be happy to help.
If you do not remember your Debit Card PIN, you can do one of the followings:
- Visit us at any TD Bank Store with proper ID; check out http://bit.ly/TDStoresfor a listing of TD Bank Store locations and hours.
- You can call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once one of our dedicated Banking Specialists verifies your account, we can send you a PIN reminder via mail. PIN reminders sent by mail may take 7-10 business days to receive depending on your postal office.
-You can also send us a secure message via your online banking to request a PIN reminder. After logging onto your account, please click on "Send a Secure Message" link, which is located on the left hand corner under "Message Center". You may choose General Account Inquiry as subject and type the message in the Comments/Requests section. Once you finish typing, you may click on Send. Also, please allow 7-10 business days for the PIN Reminder to be mailed to your address on file.
If you are not currently enrolled for online banking and wish to enroll for online banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
Please understand that although we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your account information as TD Helps is considered an unsecured site.
We hope this helps. If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to let us know.
