Thanks for joining in on the conversation today, Lynn.
We're sorry you're having trouble, and we'll be more than happy to help.
With our new update, your Personal Online Banking will not only be more convenient, but will also be more secure, and because of this, we are asking some of our Customer's to change their usernames before the start of our upgrade on November 13th. When updating this information, it's important to note that your new username cannot include any of the following characters:
/ \ ( ) % - ; | # + = @
Once you have chosen your new username, and you're ready to have it reset, you'll first want to log into your Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. When you have gained access to your account, you'll want to click on the 'Customer Service' tab towards the upper, right hand side of your screen. Next, under 'Update Profile and Preferences', you will want to click on the 'User Name' hyperlink. Then, simply enter in your new preferred username.
Once you have selected your new username, select 'Submit'. After doing so, you'll be all set!
If you have any trouble at all, please don't hesitate to connect with us, as we're always happy to help! Banking Specialist can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and you may simply dial 1-888-751-9000. Our Customer Service Representatives are also happy to help at any number of our Store locations, during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We sincerely hope this helps, Lynn. Enjoy the rest of your Wednesday, and take care!
