If you've forgotten your Online Banking User Name and Password, we recommend that you call us directly at 800-493-7562. Our Digital Banking Specialists are available to you 24/7. After account verification, we would be happy to help reset your User Name and Password and get you back up and running for your Online Banking. Also, you can visit us at any local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours. For lobby hours and locations, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you are able to log into your account, you may request to update your email address for your Account profile online by following these easy steps below:
-Please select the "Customer Service" tab
-Under Self-Service, please click on the "Change Address, Phone, and E-Mail Address" link
-Check the Account you'd like the new address to reflect and fill in the fields necessary.
-After the fields have been filled in, please remember to select "Send".
