Hi I actually have two questions...
I am living in Canada, but I was in the States last year. I have not checked my online banking for a long time and forgot my password... I got to a page saying "You have exceeded the number of log in attempts allowed. To access your accounts, click the Reset Password button below and reset your password in four easy steps.", while in that process I need to provide the last 4 digit of my SSN. I did but I got "Authentication Failed". I think I have not got my SSN when I applied for the debit card, so that might be the reason why the authentication failed.. I'm wondering if there is any solution to the problem?
The second question is that, since I am in Canada now, I can't update my student status in person. Can I email a copy of my student card to some email address?
Much appreciated for your help!
