To reset your Online Banking password, please visit the Online Banking log-on screen by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. You’ll then select “Trouble Logging In” underneath the Password field. On the following screen, you'll provide your User Name and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number, then will have the opportunity to choose a new password once you’ve correctly answered two of your Security Questions.
If you’re unsure of the answers to your Security Questions, or if this is for a BusinessDirect logon, please contact us 24 hours a day at 1-800-493-7562. Our Online Specialists will be happy to help you reset your Password and get you back online.
