Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Patrick! We're sorry to hear that you've forgotten your PIN, but we'd be happy to provide you with some options. You're always invited to visit us at a local TD Bank if you're in the United States again soon. You can find all of our locations by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. We'll be able to reset your PIN number so that you can set a new one. As we see that you're writing in to us from Nairobi, we know this may not be possible. Another option you have is have a PIN reminder mailed to your address on file. If the address we have for you is in Nairobi, it will be mailed to your home there. If your address with us is in the United States, it will be mailed to that address. We hope this helps, Patrick. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us here or by phone. To contact us by phone from outside of the United States, please use country code 011 and call 856-751-9000 or call us collect from a landline with operator assistance at 215-569-0518. We have representatives available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help. We hope you're having a great day!
