Thanks for connecting with us here on TD Helps, Clara. We would be happy to help provide information on how to obtain your account number.
You may view your account number by looking at your statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. Your account number also happens to be the second set of numbers listed at the bottom of your checks. If this is a new account, you should expect to receive your paper statements via mail within 30 days from opening the account and if you ordered checks, you should expect to receive them within 7-10 business days.
You are also able to see your account number via your TD Online Banking, on the first page shown after you log in. If you have not enrolled, we ask that you contact us directly at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital banking Specialist, available 24/7. After account verification, our Specialist would be more than happy to help get you set up! If this is a new account or if you prefer, you can visit us at any local TD Store for assistance with enrolling for Online Banking. Our Customer Service Representatives can also provide you with your account number! Please make sure to bring proper identification with you. For hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope the information provided help, Clara. Let us know if you have any further questions.
