Thanks for making a stop at TD Helps, Caroline. We'd be happy to help!
As you're already away and you're out of the country right now, the quickest and easiest way to get in touch with us to send a travel notification is to reach us online. For this, you may use your TD Bank Online Banking account. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq with your user name and password. You can then send us a Secured Message by clicking on the Customer Service tab, and using the Send a Message link. Please be sure to include your exact travel dates, destinations and any connecting flight information if applicable. You may also want to include information about the transactions you recently attempted, so that we can verify this and remove any block on your card if applicable.
If you are not yet enrolled in Online Banking for your account and you prefer to be, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. To complete this process and have immediate access to your account online, you will just need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number handy.
If you have any trouble at all with the enrollment process, please let a Banking Specialist assist you 24/7. As you're outside the US, you can contact us on 1-856-751-9000, or call us collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. If you prefer to call us, you're also welcome to provide us a travel notification by phone, and we can review your debit card at that time to make sure it's working correctly for you.
If you happen to still be in the US, you may call us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7 or feel free to visit us during lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please keep in mind, a travel notification helps us recognize unauthorized transactions on your account. Please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. For more travel tips while overseas, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu.
