I am trying to log into my personal banking account but I have forgotten my password and I have been trying all morning and day to contact td but my call " cannot be processed"

Good morning, Aleksandra! Welcome to the TD Helps community.
There are a couple of ways that you can have your Online Banking Password reset. We'd like go over these options with you.
If you remember your Online Banking User Name and also have U.S. Social Security Number, you will have the option to reset your password via online by visiting http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are on the Login page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password field via your Online Banking. Select the account type and input your User Name. You will then be asked to answer 2 security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
When creating your new password, here a few tips we can share with you:
-Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces -Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else -Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.) -Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days.
If you're unable to reset this yourself for any reason, please contact us at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. If you need to reset the Password for your BusinessDirect account, please contact us at 800-493-7562, option 2, to speak with our Small Business Team, also available 24/7.
Another option you have is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Representative will also be able to help. Please feel free to check outhttp://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
Additionally, if you're looking to change the verification Password on your account (password placed on your TD Bank account for verification purposes when contacting us over the phone) and do not recall the current one, you will need to visit your local TD Bank during the normally lobby hours.
If you are referring to your password on www.tdcardservices.com, you can first try the "Recover Password" option on the right side of the logon page as long as you know your current User Name and the Email Address you registered with.
