If this is in reference to your TD Debit Card, we ask that you contact us immediately for assistance. You are able to do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to help you close your card and review any unauthorized transactions that may have processed. If you would like during your call, our Representatives are also able to request a new Card for you. Please know that the Debit Card will be mailed to your address and may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
Alternatively, you are able to visit a TD Store during lobby hours to address your concerns. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. During your visit, our Representatives will be able to help replace your Debit Card and address any transactions that may be unauthorized. Upon your visit, be sure to bring a valid photo I.D. such as a Driver's License, State issued photo I.D., passport etc.
