We appreciate the visit today, Mark. We’d be glad to help point you in the right direction.
As you have already closed your TD Debit Card, to obtain a new card, there are a few options.
You may obtain a new TD Debit Card by calling our Customer Service Line 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we would be happy to put in a request to have your new card be mailed to you.
Another way to contact us is by sending a secured message via Online Banking. To send a secure message, you will need to be enrolled to Online Banking first. If you are not enrolled to Online Banking yet, feel free to call us 24/7 at the number provided above. Once you are logged in, you will then select the "Customer Service" tab after you log in. Beneath the section entitled "Message Center" select "Send a Message."
You should expect to receive your new TD Debit card within 7-10 business days. Again, your new TD Debit Card should arrive in a white envelope for security purposes.
If you prefer not to wait, did you know you can visit your local TD Store, during lobby hours, and we'd be happy to print out a new card for you immediately? Please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find hours and locations near you. Once at the Store, if you have already ordered a new debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
We hope this helps. Please let us know if you need anything else.
