I have an issue towards credit card charges. A couple of months back a family member made an Amazon account using an email address he does not remember. And somehow Amazon prime was activated on the only order we made. The prime charge is 100$ a year. We tried calling the Amazon cosmtomer service but they had no solution since we don't know the info for the Amazon account, I don't want to be getting charged for something I have no control over. With the simplest answer how can I fix this with my bank ?
