On 10/17/17 TD cancelled my credit card because of fraud.
Please e mail me with conformation of that cancellation.
I believe I talked to Megan in Fraud.

TD Card Services should be able to provide you with confirmation that your compromised credit card has been closed. As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to specific account information to provide this directly, but please call TD Card Services at 888-561-8861 or stop in to see us at a local TD Bank Store.
