Hi there Marcela,
Don't worry, we're here to help you in the event of any unauthorized activity on your account. We apologize for the concern this is causing you so let's discuss your next steps to get this resolved.
First, we recommend that you give us a call. We're here around the clock so that you can speak with us anytime, just reach us on 888-751-9000. If you have had an unauthorized transaction, we'll want to get your debit card closed. Once we've done that, we may be able to file a claim for you to dispute any items posted to your account that should not have been there. We'll be able to tell you more about this process when you get in touch with us. We'll also be glad to mail out a new card for you during the call if one is needed.
If you prefer, you can also stop in to see us at any TD Bank Store for assistance with this process. We can also issue a new debit card for you right away during your visit if you'd like, rather than getting one by mail. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
We hope this makes you feel better, Marcela.
Thanks for writing in and we hope to hear from you soon.
