Hello, do you process transactions on Friday nights? I have yet to receive credits from a return from 1/1/18.

Good Morning, Carl. Thanks for stopping by today.
Any transactions made past 8:00 PM (which is the end of our business day) on Friday or Saturday through Sunday would not be processed until Monday the earliest. In the event that Monday is a Federal holiday, the transactions would not be processed until Tuesday the earliest.
When a refund is issued using your debit card, generally speaking, it could take up to 10 business days before you see the credit posted to your account. Once that timeframe has passed, you may contact us to file a dispute against the merchant. At that point, we may ask you specific questions such as when the refund was issued, and who you spoke with. This information may be necessary while we are investigating the transaction with the merchant.
