To view your monthly statements for your TD Bank deposit accounts, such as your Checking, Savings or Money Market accounts, and assuming you are already enrolled for TD Bank Online Banking, please log in here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After doing so, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
1. Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
2. Click on the account number in which you'd like to view statements
3. Click on the "Statements & Notices" tab
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you have not yet enrolled for Online Banking and have a TD Bank debit card and Social Security number, please follow this link to first enroll for our online service: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. If you do not have some of the required information or are experiencing any difficulties while completing the online enrollment, you may us 24/7 800-493-7562.
If you have TD Business deposit accounts and are enrolled for our BusinessDirect, after logging in to your account from here http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
2. Click Statements
3. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
4. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statements
If you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your debit card, follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business taxpayer Identification Number, account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You may also obtain a copy of your statements while you are at your local TD Bank location.
Please note that there is no charge if you view or print your previous statements via Online Banking. If you are unable to locate the statements you need via Online Banking, you do have the option to request the statement copies to be mailed to your address on file by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or visiting your local TD Bank Store. Also, depending on the type of statement copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply.
