Someone sent me money from TD Bank to my Chase and all I get is a text message, nothing shows up in my account. It tells me sign up with Zelle. Chase has quicklau with Zelle. I'm not understanding what I need to do to accept the transfer before it expires.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Tamara!
If someone has sent you money, it may need to be retrieved. The text you received should have included instructions to register with Zelle.
You must have an active checking account and active debit card in order to enroll. If you have both of these and the instructions were unclear, we recommend first contacting Chase directly to ensure that they participate with Zelle. If they use Zelle for instant transfer service, a representative with Chase, should be able to provide you with instructions to register and enroll.
We hope you're able to resolve this quickly, Tamara. Have a great day!
