I opened an Account bank the last year. I did visited the Florida State at Octuber, 2015.
Today, I need transfer a money to other account (outside TD Bank). I logged on Online banking service and I tried activate the "Transfer to Accounts outside TD bank" option, but the system print me the next error message:
"We're sorry, there is some invalid or outdated information in your profile:
- non-U.S. address.
- missing or invalid profile element that is required for enrollment in this service
CODE: FS18 STATE"
Please, Can you help me?

I was on vacation in Florida State the last Octuber. I don't live in United State. Therefore, I have not unique phone neither US address.
I live in Caracas, Venezuela. Then, can I not use the service of money Transfer?
