Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Virginia. We'd be glad to help.
As the Account Owner, you are able to transfer funds from your TD Debit or Credit Card 24/7 by signing in to your account here: http://bit.ly/1wibSus. Please know that there may be fees applied for the transfer of funds to the TD Go Card. For additional details, please visit http://bit.ly/1zrVD2w.
Another option you and/or your teen have is to set up a free direct deposit from your employer(s) to the Go Card. To set up direct deposit, log into your TD Go Card Account and select "Fund teen card" under "Manage Teens." Here you will find "Direct Deposit Instructions." Follow these instructions to set up direct deposit. It is important to remember that each Cardholder will have a different Account Number.
Funds transferred to a TD Go Card using a debit or credit card will generally be available the same business day using one of these methods. Funds loaded to the card using direct deposit will generally be available on the business day we receive the transfer. Please keep in mind an ATM card cannot be used to fund a TD Go Card.
If you have any trouble making a transfer or setting up direct deposit, we ask that you contact our TD Go Card Specialists by dialing 855-219-8050.
We hope this helps, Virginia and have a good day.
