Your response to this query on 11/14/14 answer most of my question, but mobile and electronic banking isn't the issue, it's the use of an ATM. Can I use any ATM without a fee if I meet some kind of requirement for my account balance, etc?

Good question, Karen and we're happy to respond here on TD Helps.
You may use your TD ATM card at any TD ATMs at free of charge. For a TD Bank Store near you, please look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Each ATM withdrawal, transfer, and balance inquiry made by a TD Customer at an ATM not owned by TD may be subject to a $3.00 fee, which is charged by TD Bank the same day the transaction is made. The owner of the machine or network may assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including a fee for balance inquiries, in addition to any fees assessed by TD Bank. Please know that fees are subject to change.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we do offer some accounts in which non-TD Bank ATM fees would be waive and we may reimburse you for fees charged by the owner of the non-TD Bank ATM at the end of each statement. Please look here, http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for fee information and the types of accounts needed to avoid a non-TD ATM fee. This information can be found under "
Some fees are waived () for certain accounts, as described in this chart".
If you have a few minutes, please also check out here: http://bit.ly/1CYR0io for some simple steps to skip fees.
Karen, if you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Have a great day!
