I gave someone permission to use my card, but when i asked for it back they won't return it and continued to make purchases/withdrawals without my permission. they have cut off contaact with me, I cannot reach them. I believe I was scammed because they also promised me money

Since you mentioned that your debit card is currently out of your possession, we would like to first suggest that you close your debit card. You can do so immediately by calling 888-751-9000.
As this is pertaining to your account, we would need to review this further with you. In order for us to assist you further, please feel free to call the number mentioned above, 24/7 and speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification, they'd be more than happy to review your account transactions with you, provide more information on the transactions in question and provide any possible solutions to help you recover the funds if it is determined that the transactions are unauthorized.
