I recently legally changed my name and gender. I have a court order stating the name change, and I have all of the documentation as well for my gender change. If I bring all of the documentation to a TD Branch, will I be able to have my account updated? Thanks!

Welcome to TD Helps, Michael! We're here to help you make your name change quick and easy.
To change your name on your account, we'll be glad to assist you at any nearby TD Bank Store. A form of valid identification which documents your name change will be needed. For example, your updated US Driver's License or Marriage License will do the trick. Please find a Store near you using our location finder at: http://bit.ly/TDStores, where you can present this identification and sign your new signature card. You can expect your name change to take effect for your account within seven to ten business days.
Please also know that this is the information we would typically need to update for you on file.
We hope we've helped, Michael! Best of luck and take care.
