As you haven't yet received your debit card, we'll need to set up your online banking for you. As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to specific account information to assist directly, but please give our Tech Support Team a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 or stop in to see us at a local TD Bank Store. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. In addition to assisting in online enrollment, we should also be able to order your new debit card and update your address.
