I am a Canadian Citizen with a TD Bank Convienince Checking Account. I do not have a SSN, but have a SIN and accounts with TD Canada Trust on the Canada side.
Would I be able to apply for a TD Bank Visa Credit Card with my Canadian Credit History? If so, how would I be able to do that.

Welcome to TD Helps, Jason! We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
First, we recommend taking a look at the credit cards we have to offer here: https://go.td.com/1XHj0Dq.
When you're ready to discuss the options available to you, we recommend contacting a Credit Card Specialist directly for assistance. You are able to reach them 24/7 at 888-561-8861. They would be glad to review the application process with you!
We hope to hear from you soon, Jason. Have a good day.
