My husband and I just opened up new checking/savings accounts online. When can we expect to get debit cards?

Thank you for coming by TD Helps and opening your new accounts with us, Ericka! We'll be glad to answer any questions you may have.
When you choose to open an account online, if you requested to receive a debit card during the account opening process, it should arrive to you within 7-10 business day in a plain white envelope. Kindly note that you must have specifically selected to order the card during the account opening process and made your initial deposit online.
If you prefer to have your cards sooner, no worries! If you've already made your initial deposit or once you do so, you're more than welcome to visit us at any TD Bank Store, and please click here http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. When at the Store, just ask the Representative to close the cards that were already ordered, as they won't be needed once you activate those that you receive at the Store.
Also, since you mentioned that you opened a checking account with us, feel free to get to you know your new account right here: http://bit.ly/1D7QIEH.
Should you have any additional questions, feel free to give us a shout 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit us at any TD Bank location during lobby hours.
Hope this helps you, Ericka! Thanks again for choosing TD and enjoy the rest of your week!
