I will be in Beijing and Shanghai - If i have my Debit Card can i use it at any ATM to get money? also will i be getting Yuan or USD? is there any bank i can go to that will have little to no fee?

Good afternoon, Mike. We appreciate you stopping by TD Helps today with your inquiry.
As a TD Customer, you can use your TD ATM debit card to make ATM withdrawals from any ATM machine that displays the VISA or NYCE logo across the globe, including China! However, please be sure to carry more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. Also, you should be able to obtain Chinese RMBs from any ATMs in China; however, be sure to check with the ATM owners in China to determine if you're able to obtain US Dollars while you're there.
Please note; each time a Non-TD Bank ATM is utilized, including international ATMs, a non-TD ATM fee may apply depending on your account type. For more information on our fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. You also may be assessed an additional fee (surcharge) at the time of your withdrawal. This fee is set by the machine owner and not associated with TD Bank.
We'd also like to share with you that we do have some deposit account products either will waive non-TD ATM fees or receive unlimited ATM surcharge refunds. For more information, please refer to the fee schedule provided above.
If you have not yet left for your trip, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 to have a Banking Specialist to place a travel notification on your account, or you can do so in person at a local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours.
