I owe a substantial amount of money for an old account and I would like to pay it off, but I was told that it was closed out. Now what I want to know is whom do I pay it to and will I be able to restore my account or will I have to apply for a new one, once my old account is clear?

We recommend that you contact our Recovery Department during normal business hours at 800-742-2651 to make payment arrangements. Once the overdrawn balance has been paid off, you can request to open a new account with TD Bank. Please note closed accounts cannot be re-opened regardless of the reasons for closing it.
