I found a gift card that I'd forgotten about years ago and wanted to check the balance. After registering, the balance read $0.00. There were a number of inactivity fees under transactions, which is understandable, but the last transaction was "card balance unload" with an amount of $33.00 deducted with a date of 5/21/14. The card expires on 10/17, why would the balance be unloaded before the expiration date? There doesn't seem to be any mention of a balance unload in the Gift Card Terms and Conditions. Is there a way to get the balance back?
