My Grandpop bought my sisters and I a Visa Gift Card and he said they were activated right after he bought them. My sisters and I tried buying something online last night but it said there was a problem with the card and that the bank needed to fix it. I looked up all of our information on the card and it said it was active with our money on it. I dont know what to do?
