I have a gift card that I have registered, but when I try to make an online purchase, it says my card is declined.

TD Bank has recently learned of an increase in fraudulent attempts to access TD Bank Gift Cards. Because of this, we have had to take several precautions. We have paused the sale of TD Bank Visa Gift Cards while we add safety enhancements to protect against fraudulent use. We have also updated current Gift Cards so that they cannot be used for purchases online. While we know this may be inconvenient, it is being done to prevent further fraudulent attempts. Your Gift Card can still be used for in-store purchases anywhere Visa is accepted.
