We are glad to have you here on TD Helps, Ed! It would be our pleasure to provide the ways that you can leave travel notes on your account.
Feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, send us a Secure Message through Online Banking or visit us at any TD Bank during lobby hours to have one of our Banking Specialists place travel notes on your account. Once your account is notated, TD Bank will be aware of your current and future locations and this can greatly reduce any service interruptions. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you are not enrolled in online banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select, Send a Message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable.
Please note that if you decide to use a non-TD ATM, fees may be associated with this usage, which includes balance inquires. Take a look at the following link for all applicable fees included in our fee schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt .
We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. For more travel tips while overseas, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu.
