long since I withdrew anything. How can I go about resetting my password? Also, I entered both "checking account" and "savings account" as the account I wanted to withdraw from, but to no avail. I believe that one of the customer service folks in a branch office told me my account was a "checking" account, although it's a money market, I think! Thank you in advance for your help! Leah

Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Leah.
If you have forgotten your PIN for your Debit Card, we have some suggestions for you:
- Visit us at any TD Bank Store with proper ID; check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for a listing of TD Bank Store locations and hours. You may have your PIN reset while you're there.
- You can call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once one of our dedicated Banking Specialists verifies your account, we can send you a PIN reminder via mail. PIN reminders sent by mail may take 7-10 business days to receive depending on your postal office.
-You can also send us a secure message via your Online Banking to request a PIN reminder. After logging onto your account, please click on "Send a Secure Message" link, which is located on the left hand corner under "Message Center". You may choose General Account Inquiry as subject and type the message in the Comments/Requests section. Once you finish typing, you may click on Send. Also, please allow 7-10 business days for the PIN Reminder to be mailed to your address on file.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for online banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
With any of the options provided above, we can also confirm your account type for you.
If we can assist you again, please feel free to write to us anytime! We hope this helps and enjoy your holiday.
