If this check was debited from your account recently, you may be able to view the image online by signing in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq.
After you sign in, you can review your current account activity by selecting the account the funds were debited from after logging in. By selecting the specified account, you will be taken to recent activity for your account. There is a drop down menu that asks how much account history you'd like displayed. When you select All Available History, Online Banking will generate the past 60 calendar days.
Any information that has an image associated with the transaction such as checks will allow you to view the associated image.
Keep in mind that this information will be opened in a pop up window. Please check your browser's pop up settings to ensure this window generates.
If the check you're looking for was negotiated before the 60 calendar days of activity that Online Banking displays, these images may be found on your statements online. You can review this information by selecting the Statements & Notices tab.
There are times where check images aren't displayed via your online statements but don't worry! Our Banking Specialists can request that an image of the check be sent to you directly. Feel free to request check images by dialing 888-751-9000, visiting any TD Store or sending a secure message.

To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in. Be sure to include the date the check was applied to your statement, the amount as well as the check number in your message.
Please allow 7-10 business days for check images to arrive in the mail.
