Hey, Aiza Luena! You've asked a great question that we're sure other people have wondered about as well. It's our pleasure to help.
We'd like to share that you may enroll for Online Banking without the use of a Social Security number. The first step would be to follow this link http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to the enrollment process. You'll need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. After you select "Personal" from the drop down box and accept the Personal Online User Agreement on the next page, you are directed to a page asking you to fill in your personal information. Beneath the portion that asks for a Social Security number, select the box beneath to confirm that you do not have one. After you fill in the rest of your personal information and submit it, you will then be taken to the next page that thanks you for applying for Online Banking. Within the next two business days, you will receive further instructions via email.

Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to get your online account up and running during your call. Good day Kristen, thank you for answering my question! I did what you said but it only says "Thank you for your application to use TD Bank Online Banking. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your application at this time." Please help. Thank you! :)
