Thanks for joining us here on TD Helps, Oscar. We would be happy to help.
If you have a TD personal Checking Account, you may request a new Debit Card to be sent to an alternative address in Venezuela through your TD Online Banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by giving us a call 24/7 and speak with one of our Specialists. You can also reach us from outside the U.S. by calling 1-856-751-9000, or call us collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. Upon proper account verification, we will be able to set up online banking for you over the telephone.
Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the "Customer Service" tab on the right and then the "Send a Message" link. In your request, please include the following information: your full name, account number, the address that you would like the card to be sent to and this statement; "I accept full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address." Once we receive this information, we can mail a new debit card to your current address.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us 24/7 at the number listed above.
We hope this helps, Oscar. Have a great day and let us know if you have any further questions.
