Welcome to TD Helps, Lorraine.
The easiest way to view and print past statements is from Online Banking. If you're listed as a signer on the account we ask that you stop by a nearby TD location for help enrolling for BusinessDirect, since you mentioned you do not have a debit card. If you would like to enroll for the Retail Online Banking, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and after account verification we will be glad to help you enroll for that. Once you're enrolled and logged in, you'll be able to view statements from the past 7 years.
If you'd prefer not to enroll for Online Banking, we can request to have past statements mailed to you, to do so please give us a call at the number listed above. If you prefer to visit your local TD Bank Store directly to obtain the statement copies, feel free to stop by during lobby hours. For a listing of our locations and hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note, depending on the type of copy you are looking to obtain, fees may be associated with this type of request. We invite you to take a look here for more information: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (please see "copies" for more details).
We hope this helps, Lorraine and please take care.
