As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. To do so, you may call us 24/7 from outside of the country by dialing 1 856-751-9000 via mobile telephone or calling us collect with an operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1 215-569-0518.
If you are unable to call, you are able to send a secure message through Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking you may do so at any time by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment process. If you have any trouble enrolling, please contact the number mentioned above.
