Thanks for your question, Mary. We'd be glad to discuss statements with you.
Statements for business accounts typically close on the last date of each month while personal statements close based upon when you've opened your account. We ask that you please allow up to 5 business days for processing and mailing after the statement end date, and additional time for delivery.
To determine when your personal statement comes to a close, we ask that you contact us directly for clarification. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000, visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store or send us a secure message via Online Banking.
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."

Please know that you will need to have your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card, Social Security Number and email address handy.
