Thanks for submitting your question today, Yoli.
Depending how you initiate the transfer and what type of account your have (personal or business) there may be fees assessed to your account for transfers. We'll be sure to go over all of the details regarding the various options.
If you're using your account number and routing number to initiate the ACH from the other Financial Institution, there would not be a fee from TD Bank for this service. For the complete list of all applicable fees, please view our fee schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you have a TD Business account and are using the BusinessDirect Online Banking, there is a $10 Batch fee (subject to change) for each group you set up for your ACH deposits. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our Small Business Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
If you do not have a business account and are looking to transfer funds from your personal TD account to your account at another Financial Institution, you may wish to use the External Transfer feature via your Online Banking. With this feature, you can send money domestically (single or recurring) to any account with your name on it to another Financial Institution without having to visit a Store! We invite you to check out http://bit.ly/1o7dO68 for all of the exciting details. When sending an External Transfer you have two delivery options, the three business day option ($1.00) or the next business day delivery ($7.00). This fee information is available on the fee schedule provided above. The next day delivery option is not available for Savings accounts. To qualify for the next day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful 3-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days. Please note the fees are subject to change.
Please note, this feature does come with limits on the amount you can send or receive. For the information on the payment methods and amounts, please check out this link: http://bit.ly/1pADlWD (Pg 3. Section 1.16).
We hope this helps and enjoy the rest of your day.
