Good morning, I left the United States several weeks ago and didn't warn the bank. The other day I tried using my card and it didn't go through, also my app on my phone is not working. I was wondering if I can still pay for stuff online and if there is anyway I can use my card outside the U.S. I can't call the bank since I'm outside the country. Thank you in advance.
