I have cancelled my debit card and would like to get a new one but I’ll be at work until 8pm and would like to know if I can send in my cousin to get my replacement card.Thank you

Hi Farida! Welcome to TD Helps.
While we know it would be convenient for your cousin to pick up your debit card for you, for security reasons, we cannot offer this option. Debit cards can only be picked up by the person to whom it's being issued.
We understand that our Customers have commitments such as work that could prevent them from visiting before we close for the day. For this reason, we try to be available early, offer later hours and even weekend hours. While we won't be open late tonight in East Orange, we will re-open at 8:30AM tomorrow, if you're able to visit us then. We'd be glad to print out a new debit card for you on the spot! Please know that if you're unable to stop in to see us, we can also have a replacement debit card mailed to you. Just give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You can also send us your request by secure message through your online or mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
