Happy Wednesday, Yeffry, and welcome to TD Helps!
We'll be more than happy to assist!
Here at TD Bank, you have a couple different options when looking to obtain your account number and the first and most convenient way to do so is to simply log into your online banking. To do so, you're welcome to either use our full site, or even our mobile app, and we'll be happy to review all your different options so that you may choose the one that is most convenient for you!
To find your account number using our full site, you'll first want to log in using the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you have successfully logged in, you can simply view your full account number under the 'Deposit Accounts' section!
If you would prefer to use our mobile banking app, once you have logged in using your online banking credentials, you'll first want to click on the 'Accounts' tab, followed by the account of your choosing. From here, you'll next want to click on the 'Details' section, and after doing so, you'll have the option to view the last four digits of your account number. By clicking on 'Show', your entire account number will appear!
Just in case you haven't yet downloaded TD Bank's mobile banking app, you can use the link here: https://go.td.com/1hOPk1H to learn more.
If you don't currently have access to online banking, you're more than welcome to connect with us, and we'll be happy to help you enroll. Banking Specialists can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000, and for your convenience, are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While Banking Specialist are unable to provide account numbers over the phone, they'll still be happy to help you enroll in online banking, where you may then find your account number using the instructions above!
Finally, you would also have the option of visiting your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative. We recommend bringing a valid form of I.D. during your visit, as this information will be needed when looking to retrieve account specific information, such as your account number. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope you found all this information helpful, Yeffry, and please let us know if we can answer any additional questions or concerns you may have!
Take care, and enjoy the start to your day!
