When viewing your account history online, if you are entering in a date range, it will not show the balance column. Instead, we suggest using the options in the drop down box, which are Last 10 Days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History. When selecting one of those options, the balance column will be available to view.
If for some reason, you are still unable to view the balance column when using the options in the drop down box, we recommend calling our Digital Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
