It's great to have you join us on TD Helps this morning, Theresa.
We'd be happy to share with you ways to add a travel notification to your account. You have an option of sending us a Secure Message via your Online Banking to notify us of your travels. You may log in by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq with your user name and password. You can then send us a Secure Message by clicking on the Customer Service tab, and using the "Send a Message" link. Please include your exact travel dates, destinations and any connecting flights, if applicable.
If you are not yet enrolled in Online Banking for your account and would like to enroll, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. To complete this process and have immediate access to your account online, you'll need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number handy.
If you're unable to enroll or have trouble logging in, feel free to give us a call to place your travel note, and enroll in Online Banking, if needed. You can give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and upon account verification, we'd be happy to help.
Please keep in mind, a travel notification helps us recognize unauthorized transactions on your account. Please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. For more travel tips while overseas, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu. You're also welcome to review our international travel tips frequently asked questions by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1ltwDDc.
If this is regarding a TD Visa Credit Card, you may contact our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-561-8861.
Thanks for stopping by today, Theresa and have a safe trip!
