I called my branch for a letter stating we are in good standing and the lady said they don't do that. I need it for buying a property out of country, is there anyway to get something other then just a statement?

We're glad to let you know we do provide Personal Deposit Account Verifications for our Customers. You may mail or fax your written request to us.
Your written request should provide specific details about what information you want disclosed in the letter we'll send and where the completed request should be forwarded to (for example, do you need it faxed, mailed or both and the address or fax number). Please note if you choose to have this document mailed, it would take 7-10 business days depending on your post office. You'll also need to also sign and date the request and then mail or fax to the information provided below:
