As you've mentioned that your account is currently closed, we ask that you visit a TD Store during lobby hours to recover account information. You are able to visit any TD Store for assistance. To take a look at a TD location near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have an active account here with us, feel free to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Banking Specialist will be happy to submit research requests for the information you need. If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to sign in and request this information by sending a secure message. To send us a secure message you must first log on to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the "Message Center"
