Welcome to TD Helps, Jeanna. We'd be happy to help.
As this is in regards to your TD Debit card which is linked to your Checking account, you may call us while you're outside the United States by dialing 856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
Once connected with our Specialists, they would be happy to help place a travel notification on your account. When you are speaking with our Specialists, please provide your travel dates and destinations so we may input this information for you to avoid any interruptions.
Additionally, if you are enrolled for TD Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you have not enrolled, you're welcome to use our self-service enrollment option if you have your TD Bank account number, debit card number, Social Security number, and email address. Please begin the enrollment process here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY and you'll be able to view your accounts and send a message immediately after enrollment. If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.
If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable.
Please also be informed that for your protection, we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. For more travel tips while overseas, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu.
