If your previous account was closed due to overdrawn balance, you have a couple of options to pay off the overdrawn balance. Our Recovery Department may be reached Monday through Friday 8 am-9 pm and Saturday 8 am-5 pm at 800-742-2651. If you wish to, you may also visit your local TD Bank Store during the lobby hour and one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives may be able to assist you. Although a closed account cannot be reopen, you're more than welcome to open a new account with us after paying off the amount owed.
