Thank you for getting in touch with us about your Bill Pay account and we apologize for any trouble you're having.
To get this corrected, the first thing you might like to try would be either updating your browser, or switching to a new one. When some of the online features aren't available to you or aren't working properly, this sometimes indicates a browser issue.
To do this, we recommend that you clear the cache and cookies, disable any plug-ins and restore your browser defaults. If this doesn't correct the problem and you're not using the newest version of your browser, we also suggest making this update. If the issue persists after updating the version, we'd recommend that you try using a different browser altogether to see if you have full access to all of the online features that should be available.
